'We had the pleasure of composing the soundtrack for Nensi Dojaka’s FW2022 show. Nensi Dojaka is arguably the hottest designer in London right now and this show was a defining moment for London Fashion Week. As Sarah Mower writes in Vogue: “All eyes are on Nensi Dojaka. She’s a phenomenon, current winner of the LVMH Prize, whose fall show was a full fashion sensation—a collection that lifted her work, and London’s reputation as a platform for young talent, to a level that felt as if it could rival anything seen on a Paris runway. Her look radiated glamour, sophistication, subtle eroticism—a complete picture of female body-confidence, now sized for the first time to extend that power to women with curves alongside standard model-type bodies.” As always, we used our normal workflow where we did the soundtrack as a live take using hardware and the computer was used as a capture device. Gear we used for this soundtrack: Elektron’s Analog Rytm, Octatrack, Analog 4, and Analog Keys. The star of the show was the Super Six by Udo Audio. Diana loves jamming out on this synth as it’s phat, lush, and yet raw. A pretty tasty combo! We mixed it live using Richie Hawtin\'s Model1 mixer. The full soundtrack was for 38 models and about 12 minutes long. The amazing video team at Hydra, obviously had to edit the audio for the video so it’s not the original length and flow. Show Credits: Styling: Francesca Burns Casting: Julia Lange Show Direction: Daniel Hettmann Makeup: Lucia Pica Hair: Syd Hayes Nails: Ama Quashie Lighting Design & Video: Hydra Design Movement direction: Ryan Chappel Music: Kama Sutra Lovers Production: Blonstein Productions'
