'Gigi Hadid may strut her stuff down the runway, looking flawless with confidence for days, but deep down, this supermodel is feeling the harsh criticism around her. Gigi breaks down about body image. Gigi, the victim of body shaming? Well that’s hard to believe looking at photos like THIS one, but it DOES happen to the supermodel, and just like the rest of us, Gigi lets the criticism get her down. Gigi’s sister Bella Hadid revealed that her big sis is often upset by all the hate. “Gigi gets emotional about the criticism,” she told Grazia magazine. “I think she just tries to keep grounded and realizes that its just people on the outside talking.” Bella made sure to add, though, that her close inner circle is always there to pick her up. “Everyone around her loves and knows who she is,” Bella said. “Plus, she always ends up succeeding from those things anyway.” Um, I’d say so…. Walking in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, TWICE, countless covers! Winning model of the year! Yeah, Gigi’s certainly on top! So it’s really hard to believe that anyone would ever call the model fat, right? Oh but it happened early in her career. Fans called Gigi too curvy to be a supermodel. But you know what - Gigi inspired us all and never let that hate get her down! She’s even the new ambassador for Reebok’s Perfect Never campaign - the message?
