Hello The Way We Wore Fans,  Doris delves into Dior\'s house history, talking about the design tenure of Marc Bohan, who was the creative director from 1961 to 1989. His collections were well received by the house\'s loyal clientele. Betsy Bloomingdale was known to have a large collection of Bohan pieces, which she to donated museums and universities, FIDM in Los Angeles has a collection of her pieces.   Bohan\'s works for house range three decades, he was known to mix and match prints, create wearable ensembles, and garments that were effortless and chic. Doris shows two beautiful pieces from her private collection, one from 1961 and the other from 1965. We hope you enjoy this latest post.
