'http://www.FTV.com/videos PARIS - Valerian Hughes Spring/Summer 2012 collection was showcased at the Rue La Boetie in Paris near Champs Elysees Avenue.  Pieces were clean and simple with luxe fabrics and sophisticated silhouettes.  Satin, silk, and crepe dresses were up against crisper trousers, khaki shorts, and whimsy black tanks which were unique when paired with a dressier skirt.  The highlight was a sequined black gown towards the end of the show which had sleeves that were cut at the shoulder.
