'\"DIESEL\" fall winter 2014 2015 in Venice by Fashion Channel  Nicola Formichetti unveiled his first full collection for Diesel in Venice: an homage to the heritage of the brand the way he recalled it. In clothes speak, it was as we\'d imagine from the high-end jeans label that for many of us most held resonance in our teens: treated, distressed and dyed denims in the guise of jackets and jeans and little bra tops (that wandered into Americana territory at one point); anarchy-laden leather jackets and zip-heavy trousers, fierce minidresses and miniskirts, creepers always worn beneath (for a nod to London nightlife); and cool military parkas teamed with bright striped knits - the freshest section of them all.  \"I have a really close relationship with Renzo Rosso, the founder, and that\'s the key. We\'re so close and this year he has injected me with the DNA of Diesel and now he\'s like: \'You have to take care, you have to have to take over for the next 35 years\',\" continued Formichetti after the show, looking clearly contented and at ease with his new role. \"I\'m not trying to do anything or become anything. It\'s just me, so it kind of fitted,\" he said.
