'I go on my first job interview in over four years. I haven\'t been on an interview since I lived and worked in Shanghai. A little stressful, as you can see on the subway ride there, I\'m not in the mood to talk to the camera :) But feel much better after the interview. It went quite well! They loved me, until I explained that I plan on continuing to run my own business while working full time for them. They\'re mood totally changed in that moment. Which didn\'t surprise me, but is unfortunate still the same. I\'ll be putting out an article soon on this subject in a larger picture sense of what these kinds of companies are doing wrong by rejecting potential employees that are driven, natural leaders. So watch for it! We need funds to keep our business running, and to develop new concepts, so the job hunt will continue! Money doesn\'t grow on trees! But I wonder when it will, because that totally seems possible one day. Conference call with out factory manager, Sam, in Shanghai. He moved his factory to another building nearby because the government is building a park on the location of his old building, plus some residential housing around the park.
