Excerpt from the Fort Greene Juneteenth 2016 Fashion Show at Cuyler Gore Park in Brooklyn, New York held on June 18,2016.    Designer:  The Fashion Fields/Ashanti Fields Model:  Tra   Juneteenth is the day that we celebrate our ancestors actually receiving their freedom.  That day was June 19th 1865.  This years Juneteenth was again organized by Delali Haligah of Osun's Designs, and the clothing and accessories as well as the models are all from the Diaspora Art Mart.
