'Karl Lagerfeld, world-famous fashion designer, passed away in France'

'Famous fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld passed away in France on February 19, 2019. He was 86.   The haute couture designer, photographer and stylist has been weak for the past few weeks. Lagerfeld was urgently hospitalized on the night of February 18, and on Tuesday morning, February 19, he died.  At the end of January, Lagerfeld did not appear in front of the audience at the end of his fashion show in Paris. It was very unusual of him, as Lagerfeld has never missed the finale roll call, when he would greet the guests of Chanel fashion shows since 1983. His representatives then said that the designer was feeling tired.   Karl Otto Lagerfeld was a German fashion designer and photographer. He was  born in 1933 in Hamburg. He worked for many fashion houses, founded his own one, but in 1983, Lagerfeld became the creative director of Chanel fashion house.
