'1960\'s film depicting the fashion and #genderroles for women. It\'s more than a little dated but the styles are lovely and it\'s quite quirky in its own inevitably #genderstereotyping way. Typical styles of the mid 1960\'s are seen from mini dresses, to smart shift dresses, suits and swimwear. The Sixties brought about a time of transition, change, and much confusion. Certainly for men, who did not enjoy relinquishing their control on society. The feminist goals of the Sixties radicalized and politicized more and more women as the decade progressed. By the end of the 60\'s, nearly 80% of American women were using the contraception pill. Many feminist trends in both fashion and culture took hold and have advanced, to some extent since.
