'I\'ve never seen a 3D fashion show before, but I guess there\'s a first time for everything! The #Oqliq Fall/Winter 2021 presentation at New York Fashion Week was one of the most imaginative concepts I\'ve ever seen from a fashion brand. Technology and fashion often overlap in ad campaigns and marketing strategies, but have you ever seen a 3D runway?!? I wish we could\'ve seen the clothes more clearly, but the brand\'s minimal aesthetic seemed to remain consistent in the color tones and there appeared to be some leather-like textures that I did enjoy. Oqliq is designed by Taiwanese duo Orbit Li and Chi Houng. They utilize a combination of technical training and fine art expertise in their designs. As seen in this presentation, they incorporate advanced technology into their fabrics, but they also use many recycled materials in their designs.
