'LONDON: Indonesia fashion designer SOE Jakarta had its debut at Fashion Scout, London for Autumn/Winter 2018 collection, themed The Unexplored Woman, at Freemasons’ Hall, February 19, 2018   The Autumn/Winter 18 collection features handwoven denim made on traditional Indonesia manual looms.    Now in its sixth season, SOE Jakarta’s design explore the potentials of Indonesian traditional handwoven textiles infusing them with modern, urban aesthetics. Most pieces in its collections use textiles developed with weavers from different parts of the archipelago who create beautiful fabrics on traditional hand looms.    SOE Jakarta aims to create clothes with a story, everyday wear that is easy towear and easily fits into a modern woman’s wardrobe    The Designer Monique Soeriaatmadja,   became the first Indonesian designer who has appeared in Fashion Scout, London Fashion Week 2018.    The fashion show was hosted and produced by Fashion Scout.
