'This is a left turn signal and pedestrian signal that are both barely used, except for when I was filming it lol. The pedestrian signal usually shows the hand all day and night because as you see, what is over there across the street to walk to? Nothing at all. Just some brush which ends and then puts you on the street. In the future, maybe there could be some new houses or apartments over there where it\'s fenced off, then this pedestrian signal can really be used.'
