'Pierpaolo Piccioli presented his first couture collection as the sole designer at Valentino on Wednesday at the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild in Paris. His longtime collaborator, Maria Grazia Chiuri, left for Dior. The collection was a study in divine proportions highlighted by a billowing floor-length ivory crepe titled \"Euridice,\" from the Greek myth.
